We manufacture both load resistors and precision resistors at the client’s specification. These resistors are also available in a low-induction version.
Resistance values: each value between 10 mΩ and 100 MΩ
Accuracy: from ± 10% to ± 0.005%
Capacity: up to 1000 Watt continuously
- Adjustable resistors
- Radial or axial connections
- 2-wire or 4-wire connections
Shunts are weak resistors used for measuring currents. Special versions of these shunts are available for measuring alternating currents in complex production processes or in combination with power meters.
Shunts are available in any value and model desired
Resistance value: from 0.1 mΩ
Accuracy: from ± 0.01% to ± 1%
Sensors very accurately measure temperature, temperature differences, or gas and liquid flows. These sensors are suitable for various applications, from medical equipment to applications for the food industry.
The value and accuracy are determined in consultation with the client.
Repair and calibration
Our repairs department repairs, checks and maintains the following instruments from various manufacturers:
- Resistor arrays
- Precision resistors
We calibrate all instruments manufactured, repaired or checked by us, as well as the precision resistors of all manufactured products.
We use the most accurately calibrated measuring equipment in our conditioned measuring chamber. The company standard comprises standards for resistance and temperature and is directly aligned with the national standard.
- The company standard is directly aligned with the national standard.
- Professional and well-trained team members with many years of experience
- Conditioned measuring chamber
- Fast delivery times
- Resistance range: 100 μΩ − 1GΩ
- Tolerance: <20 ppm
The resistor arrays and Pt 100 simulators contain high-quality, low-induction resistors. The switches used have silver-plated contacts and can therefore guarantee a low and constant zero resistance.
- Resistance range: 10 mΩ – 100 MΩ
- Accuracy: ± 0.02%
- More than 100 standard versions
Pt 100 simulators
This special version of a resistor array very accurately simulates the behaviour of a Pt resistance thermometer with a resistance of 100 ohm at 0ºC in accordance with DIN IEC 751. The settings work with ºC, which eliminates the need to work with conversion tables.
- Temperature range: -70 …. +850 ºC
- Accuracy: ± 0.05%
- Resolution: 0.1 ºC; 1 ºC
